Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders Introduction
As a leader, supervisor or manager, in what ways can you increase your impact and inspire deeper employee engagement? What tools do you currently use to get the most from your staff while helping them grow? Whether or not coaching is a current tool in your management toolkit, there is always more to explore and learn about effective coaching. This workshop teaches coaching fundamentals that will help you empower others to be even more responsible, accountable and self-motivated. You will be introduced to skills that leave you more effectively able to listen at an engaged level, use inquiry to draw forth best thinking and add value to every conversation, and help you better think about how you approach giving feedback.
