Through important learnings from the CliftonStrengths assessment, leaders are coached on how to transform their natural talents into high performing leadership strengths. Strength-based leadership development offers an alternative to conventional methods for developing leaders. The focus is on where your shoulders are already the broadest and helps you identify your "here“ - where you are right now as a leader and how your strengths can take you even higher. Adelante also offers a dynamic Leadership Strengths Development learning experience for groups based on the CliftonStrengths assessment and incorporating strategies used in 1-1 coaching in a collective setting.

Cultivating Your Leadership Learning Experience
